Max Boot: Send the State Department to War

One of our contentions about National Defense is that the military is not the only instrument that needs to be involved.

Max Boot has written an excellent OpEd about some of the things needed to make the other instruments (diplomatic, economic and political) involved with the robustness and skill needed.
