Republican Vs. Democratic Turnout
One trend seen in almost all the states' primaries so far (Michigan was an exception because of the Democratic Party's ruling on delegates and so will Florida) is the number of people turning out for Democratic Candidates is significantly higher than those turning out for Republicans.
Saturday in South Carolina, for example, Democratic voters totaled over 530,000. In the Republican Primary a week earlier, the total votes cast were 423,563. If those trends hold up in November, then Republicans are going to be in trouble.
