Madison on Political Parties
In keeping with the outstanding series on HBO about John Adams, today I was looking at the Patriot Post and found some quotations from James Madison.
The more things seem to deteriorate, the more convinced I am that we need a third party. Madison had his own doubts about political parties. He called them "factions". Here's the link to the Patriot Post.
