OK, I promise this is going to be my last Tom Friedman entry for a while. My reticular cortex has been activated for him recently. Last night I was vegging in the recliner trying to recover from the physical labor of storm clean-up and happened across him giving the key note address about his new book to the Book Expo 2008 conference May 30 in Los Angeles.

One thing I noted with interest is Friedman and I have reached the same conclusion.  Our political system is broken and we will not have a government that can address our problems until we first fix what's wrong with our politics.
