The Nation: A Noun, a Verb and POW
Most of us remember during the primaries that Rudy Guiliani was known for making everything he said about 9/11. As Joe Biden said at the time, Rudy was known for a noun, a verb and 9/11. In the same way, John McCain has become all about a noun, a verb and POW. Those of us who have not been POWs are reluctant to criticize McCain. This assessment by not only a classmate of McCain's, but a fellow POW as well, has power for that reason.
