David Sirota: No Time for Minimalists
In my book, two of my comments about government regulation are these.
We have an economy fueled by greed. That greed must be regulated.
The role of government is like that of the mud between the cracks of the logs of a log cabin. The mud keeps the heat in and the cold wind out. But some people like to experiment with the mud.
I'm in Jackson, TN tonight, fresh from the 3rd ID Reunion. I'll have something to write about that in another day or two.
I should also tell you I'm mad as hell about the melt down in our financial markets. I"ll have more to write about that, as well, but right now I'm a crispy critter.
Meanwhile, read this article by David Sirota.
