Jim pointed out this posting to me. I think there are some very worthwhile points to consider.

Consistency means recognizing that what is good for the goose is good for the gander. Buchanan does an excellent job of pointing out where the press had failed to be consistent in the portrayal of the candidates.

By the way, let me say this once again. If an article moves you sufficiently to vote you liked or disliked the article, I would appreciate your commenting about why you liked or disliked the article. Disliked probably means you disagree with the point of view. That's OK. I try to provide a balance and not everyone will like everything, but I also encourage dialogue.
