The industry that really needs restructuring is already solid because of government subsidy. That would be the Health Care Industy with Medicare and Medicaid. A restructuring of Health Care has the potential of significantly enhancing business thoughout America. In part that enhancement will be because of the portability of health care, resulting in new productivity by American workers no longer tied to jobs they hate in order to retain Health Care benefits.
