Richard Perle's Apologia

What fun now that the Bush years are over to listen to the chief architects of the policies fof those years claim the results of those policies are not their fault.

They're like the little kid standing next to the broken cookie jar with cookies in their hand saying it wasn't them who broke the cookie jar.

As I have noted before, the commander is responsible for everything his command does and fails to do.
