Turning Tables on the Taliban

When I went to the Third Infantry Division Reunion last September, I heard the current Division Commander speak. One of the things he said was a similarity between this generation of soldiers and the ones who served before was that they all still "fight like hell".

What the General said applies not just to soldiers of the 3rd ID, but all our soldiers. The soldiers this article is written about come from the Big Red One, the 1st Infantry Division.

As in life and business, war requires being proactive to be successful. Better to deliver the blow than have the blow delivered.

Read the article and see what I mean.
