Mr. Weinstein is prominently featured in an article in Harper's magazine released just this week. He is a 1977 Honor Graduate of the United States Air Force Academy.

As a registered Republican, he spent three years in the West Wing of the Reagan White House and was deeply involved in the Iran-Contra Investigation.

He was the first General Counsel for a time to Billionaire and former Presidential candidate H. Ross Perot.

He left his position with Mr. Perot to found his Foundation whose mission is to restore the obliterated wall separating church and state in the military. His book and his foundation's activities are an expose on the systemic problem of religious intolerance throughout the United States Armed Forces. Several of these incidents of religious intolerance have resulted in lawsuits, at least one of which is pending before the United States Supreme Court.
