Refutation of Email about Rescue of Captain Phillips

I received the email this news article refers to. The news article refutes the email.

I thought at the time, how predictable. The tone was exactly the same tone as one written about Obama's trip to Iraq and Afghanistan while Obama was running for President. You remember that one, don't you? The one that basically said what a stuck up so and so Obama was and how the troops hated him? The one that was disproven within a couple of days?

Time to realize folks, there is a set of professional copywriters out there whose job it is to produce this crap.

The sad part about this is the principle of the little boy who cried wolf. Legitimate critiicism is going to be overlooked because we've been so conditioned to regard any stories as untrue.

The only reason to listen to liars, once proven as liars, is to know what lies they're telling. Time is to precious to spend time on a liar.

Here's a link to the article. I've got the email, too, if anyone wants to see it.
