     I am not a Bush hater. I suspect I am like many others who have been appalled by his incompetence and the inability of our government to control him because of polarized politics. He and his people operated based on a narrow agenda and a flawed governing philosophy.
     
     With his departure comes the ability for people to speak freely about what they saw and experienced. That sort of after action review has the potential to uncover what needs to be done to preclude these circumstances from arising again or to combat them should they reoccur.
