Ralph Peters: Wishful Thinking and Indecisive Wars

A friend of mine and Ezine subscriber sent me this essay by Ralph Peters, originally published in The Journal of International Security Affairs. I find its content very compelling.

Those of you who have read my book and my postings here know I argue we have failed to discipline our national defense thinking and approaches and are suffering the consequences. Peters describes that lack of discipline well here.
