Newsweek: MRFF Exposes Military Chaplain
Newsweek highlights the conflict between the Military Religious Freedom Foundation and various military chaplainacy groups.
There are a number of issues here. I'll highlight one. One of our keys to victory over victory over rogue groups in predominately Muslim countries is winning the hearts and minds of the general population. To win the hearts and minds we need to not be seen as evangelical crusaders. The activities of these Chaplains and other groups make us be seen as evangelical crusaders.
We're making progress, as seen by the election results in Lebanon and the resistance in Iran to the election results. This is the result of our less strident approach and the advent of Internet communications. We don't need that progress undermined by our own rogue elements.
