Michael Moore, Capitalism, Citibank, and the Super Rich
I've often used David Cay Johston's book, Free Lunch to point out the inequality of income distribution in this country.
Now add to that Michael Moore's movie, Capitalism: A Love Story. Moore discusses a report by Citibank which validates the concentration of wealth in the hands of just 1% of American households. Citibank coined the phenomenon plutonomics. Moore's website has two links to the basis for that Cititbank report.
Here is the web page for Moore's site and the two links from the site.
